Practical, Legal Advice and an Overview for Resolving Family issues
Caroline is a family lawyer. She wishes to continue to help people resolve family issues and will do this through offering more general family guidance through her consultancy service.
Caroline was called to the Bar in 1983. She has wide professional experience which includes years as a barrister with 1GC, Middle Temple and also working in the commercial litigation department of DJ Freeman, solicitors. She also worked for a merchant bank and stock broker in the City for 4 years. After taking time out for family commitments, she used her experience as a barrister and a solicitor to return to Family Practice as a direct access barrister until March 2022, when she transitioned to a more generalised support for family law. Since that date she cannot undertake "reserved legal activities" including the conduct of litigation and the right of audience.
She moved to consultancy in April 2022 and is excited at her new role which she will use to facilitate early resolution and minimise acrimony through early consultation and planning for family issues.
